ForeverBeach.com is currently collecting petition signatures for TWO important issues:    PETITION #1  ◊  We the undersigned SUPPORT the process of sand transfer to keep our beaches strong and renourished, using the very sand that the surf has carried offshore.  We are equally AGAINST the use of trucked-in sand, which both degrades the quality of sand on the beach, and raises the water level along the dune line, the effects of which are disastrous.

PETITION #2  ◊  We the undersigned SUPPORT legislation prohibiting the offshore dumping of sewer and other waste from cruise ships, freighters, and tankers.  We SUPPORT the imposition of burdensome fines, to include impounding the ships of repeat offenders.  We SUPPORT creating a program that would provide tipsters up to $100,000 in reward money for alerting authorities to illegal offshore dumping.
